- Leads development and implementation of the overall communications strategy for the Centers, in close partnership with the leadership team, including written, verbal, and multimedia messaging as well as university and public events to promote goals and mission.

- Writes, edits, and distributes copy for various materials and audiences, including reports, newsletters, event descriptions, and emails.
- Assists with media relations by identifying compelling or stakeholder-valued media placement opportunities and developing and producing news stories, interviews, etc.
- Maintains and keeps brand assets updated including logos, brand colors, graphics, videos, and illustrations.
- Manages and maintains the organization’s website and social media accounts. Tracks website and social media analytics to inform communications strategies.
